We always use only natural colored stones, always. We never use anything synthetic, never ever. It is very difficult to match chrome tourmaline for earrings but we try and keep a few pairs in stock. Our resident GIA Graduate Gemologist sorts only the best cuts out of large natural gemstone parcels. The cut (proportions) dictate every gemstone’s brilliance, that’s why it is important for us to reject moderate or poor cuts. For example we buy natural pyrope ruby red garnets from Africa. We do not want to buy African pyrope garnets from a dealer in New York, who bought them from an importer in Hong Kong, who bought them in Africa. Not only is our cost lower buying directly from Africa but your cost is lower too. We use only the best, most brilliant natural gemstones for our jewelry.
